As Founder of The Macaron AI, I lead visual merchandising design and product vision for an early-stage visual merchandising OS tailored to luxury beauty and fashion brands. Collaborating with an AI engineer, we build computer vision engines and generative shopper models to simulate buyer behavior, translate master planograms across localized store footprints, and audit real-time shelf compliance via mobile imagery.
